I have been been the exact same up until 2 night ago.
I'm 29 weeks now, been awake 2-3 hours a night for the past two months anyway, grab some headphones and your phone and listen to a good sleep hypnosis you will asleep to it. They are available on YouTube.

It's changed my sleeping completely :)

I'm right there with you. It sucks, hard.

Apparently doctors sometimes prescribe promethazine (a sedating antihystamine) in this situation, but that could be bought over the counter. Not sure they will sell it to an obviously pregnant lady though.

I'm the same really struggling to sleep it's driving me insane I just want to get a decent nights sleep working and having 2 other children with no sleep is making me so angry haha I hope every one gets some sleep soon

I was prescribed promethazine in first pg for hg. Made me sleepy as hell so could work.
I use magnesium spray at night for restless legs along with zinc. Usually enough to help me sleep

I got almost no sleep whilst pregnant.. much more sleep after ds born! But as with everything pregnancy related... It is totally worth it 😊

Also with you, some nights I don’t sleep at all. Does seem a little better since I hit 21/22 weeks in the sense I have the odd night where I get 6/7 hours. It’s absolutely horrific and I feel your pain, it means work is such a struggle. I bought the twilight spray from lush which relaxes me a bit, and have been trying to focus on up breathing (from my digital hypnobirthing course) when I’m struggling just to try to calm myself a little. Can’t say it always works. Have a try of various mindfulness techniques (google), maybe you’ll find one that helps? If you don’t have to work etc, I’d say the above advice to get up for a bit is a great shout.
