After high FSH and Low AMH I have fallen pregnant naturally.
We had failed ivf after 5 years of trying and this has come 2.5 years after that - we stopped trying.

I go to full body workouts 3 times a week - so weights, body weight, free weight and small cardiovascular work.

I'm so nervous as this was a massive shock but super welcomes and I don't want to do anything to cause damage.

Should I just take it easy and stop those workouts and rather do walking and swimming? Xxx

Best to speak to your doctor. But NHS is in favour of staying active by doing anything you did before becoming pregnant with a couple of exceptions.. and best not to overexert. Good rule of thumb is being able to get a short sentence out. www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pregnancy-exercise/

Hey, have you asked your doctor etc for advice? I'm also terrified to exercise following a miscarriage last time so have avoided the gym thus far, but I think I'm being extremely paranoid.

Well doctor told me to speak to midwife and I have filled in a form to be contacted for that...

I will be reducing any weights and making sure I don't over do it but I've heard it's good to stay active :)

@KC84 definitely good to be active. For what it is worth I've basically been keeping as before but listening to my body. First trimester it was hard to work hard due to sickness but kept trying. Around 20 weeks I cut out high impact as it got very uncomfortable. And also stopped doing straining abs eg leg raises, crunches from second trimester

Kathryn - thank u! I spoke to he instructor today and they are very knowledgable and explained what I can't and can do, but I just wanted to ask you guys!

I want to stay active if I'm allowed to Grin
