what formula would you recommend

planning on bf but incase it doesn't go to plan what formulas would you recommend been 4 years since I had my daughter so feel clueless again

Aldi Mamia - I found it less foamy than Aptimal and half the price. Best to choose one that is stocked in your local supermarket though.

I hope you don't get responses saying 'just breast feed' - I tried and failed so had no choice but to formula feed and reading those posts makes me sad. You're right to be prepared because I had to learn about formula feeding within a few hours.

All formula is tightly regulated so there really isn’t much difference between them, whatever they say on the box!

I’d go for one you can pick up easily close by, in case of 2am milk emergencies.
