Most likely hormones!!! It really is an emotional roller coaster. Look after yourself have a little treat and relax. Sorry about short reply. Feeding my 1yr old but didn't want to read and run. Xx

I’m 19 weeks and have had a couple of moments like this over the last week. I’m so happy to be pregnant but have just felt so emotional and tearful for no real reason. I assume it’s hormonal- shit isn’t it!

It sucks hate feeling like this. I'm so happy about being pregnant and becoming a mumma.

I had this all the time whilst pregnant, I would cry at anything as well. I actually had to pull my car over once as I was crying so much because of a dead badger on the side of the road Grin (I am so far from like this when not pregnant!) Agree with PP, be kind to yourself, relax and eat some chocolate!!

Keep an eye on your mood and speak to your midwife if you have concerns. Prenatal depression is more common than postnatal depression.
