Hello, this is my first post here, so please forgive me if I'm not following appropriate etiquette!
I recently found out that I'm expecting my second child, fourteen years after giving my birth to my first.
Even before being pregnant, I have suffered terribly with fatigue and I have relied heavily on caffeine to get through my gruelling work schedule. I have already arrange to cut my hours at work (and stopped doing fourteen hour shifts) but I'm still struggling to function without caffeine. Does anyone have any tips on how to increase energy levels safely during the first trimester.
