Best support belt PGP/SPD

Can anyone recommend a support belt for PGP / SPD please?

Have 5 more weeks until I have a physio appointment and in lots of pain!

Everyone is different... I found the support belt helpful sometimes but made the problems worse sometimes!!

I had pain in the SP (crotch) and SI (low back in the centre). I used:

I didn't want to spend a fortune trying a huge number of belts. Probably could have done better... but at least it felt like my pelvis wasn't breaking apart. I wore is a lot lower than in the pick to bind my pelvis together as recommended by the physio.

@physicskate thank you lovely. Mine is low down, both hips and lower back :( also don't want to spend a fortune!
