This is my 4th pregnancy. I’ve never suffered with morning sickness in any of my other pregnancies....but this is just....blurggghhhh 🤢 I feel ok whilst I’m eating a meal but that’s it. The rest of the time I feel sick. I’ve found sucking fruit polos helps but obviously there are only so many fruit polos any normal person should get through in a day!!! I’m 10+1 so hoping this feeling will go soon!! Any genius ideas that worked for you? Thanks!

I use travel bands they do take the edge off but doesnt make it go away x

Lots of regular, small meals. I ate maybe eight times a day. Small things like whole meal cheese rolls or a chicken sandwich. It kept worst of it at bay. Also stay hydrated. I drank gallons of orange dilute juice.

Remember that if this becomes an issue you can get perfectly safe anti nausea meds from GP. You don't have to do it alone

Lime and soda. Stay hydrated and sleep as much as you can (I know it’s tricky/impossible with other children).

Chocolate lime sweeties, travel bands and anti-sickness meds.
