Hello,
So I'm 23 weeks and I've gained about 2 stone 9. weighing in at 14 stone 9.
I am rather concerned about gaining this amount of weight, i do stress eat a lot and i went up to 16 stone with my first pregnancy, trying hard not to get to that weight. I do watch the calories but can't be as active as i usually am because of two strained muscles in my legs :/
Any suggestions would be great.
