Hey Everyone
whats your best tips advise on getting pregnant?
Have had a couple of miscarriages and am now getting desperate on getting pregnant

I used a paying app to understand my cycles. It was based on measuring the basal temperature every morning. I also took ovulation tests. After a few months of monitoring I did know quite certainly which days I was most fertile.

Figure out when you ovulate but don't become crazy over it! DTD day before & day of if you can and most important just relax! Good luck xx
