Red/brown discharge at 34 weeks

Hi all,
Last night I think I was getting Braxton hicks for the first time (didn't have it in my previous pregnancy). Followed by a night of lots of movement by baby.
This morning, I've been to the toilet twice and had reddish brown discharge. Any ideas what it is, if it's ok? Thinking i should call the midwife to check.

I’m 25 weeks and had 3 days of red/brown discharge last week and the Dr said to come in. Everything was fine and it was just one of those things. Definitely ring midwife. It’s best to check.

I'm 33w and had bleeding. Iv been kept in hospital to be monitored as they say any bleeding at this stage needs to be monitored so go get it checked out xx

Not sure what caused it but baby is fine and no more since then so that's the main thing
