Do I go to the ward for tiny amount of blood, third trimester?

When I wiped there was sort of discharge with a little bit of bright red blood in. A really small amount. Google seems to say to go in for any blood in third trimester but I'm just wondering whether it's the case for such a minuscule amount?? 29 weeks

I had the same. I went to the birth centre. Turns out I had a weak spot in my cervix and it's because me and she had sex the night before. Everything turned out fine our daughter is 1. Go with your gut x

Let the midwives decide, call labour ward and discuss it with them

I had this today, I'm 28+4 - they asked me a few questions but didn't seem concerned but I would ring up just to double check - mine was quite mucousy so they said as long as no more appeared it was probably just because everything is so vascular during pregnancy, they also asked my blood group so it may be more of an issue if you are rhesus negative - ring for peace of mind but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about X

They've said to just keep an eye on it.
