Red blotches all over cheeks

Hi all,
Since becoming pregnant it keep getting clusters of red pigmentation stops all over my cheeks. They aren't actual spots they look more like the after affect of a spot. I've always had clear skin, is this normal?

Could it be pregnancy mask?

Still question but what is that?

I had pregnancy mask, it's hormonal and can be blotchy like a Browny pink colour on your cheeks. It has stayed, unfortunately, I now have small patches that are almost like rosacea. Does it feel hot to touch? Does it have tiny little lumps almost like fluid filled blisters? Mine looks like I have blusher on.

Tell your midwife just to be certain, but there's nothing they can do. I found sudocrem really good when the blisters came up, just a thin swipe at night. And wear sunscreen all the time, even under makeup.
