Hi
Im 32 week pregnancy
Im confused about lotions baby and other toiletries. what do you thing about AVENT or INFANDERM baby lotion?
Please which lotion and other toiletries are you use for your newborn?

don't buy anything - plain water works the best

I agree with skirmish.
Plain water is by far the best thing. The only toiletries I used was Dentinox shampoo for cradle cap.
My dd has got fantastic skin, despite the fact that I have severe excema

Yep, I'm with that. Research shows that water will do the trick and that even 'baby' lotions can be too harsh on newborn skin. Just look at the list of ingredients! Olive oil is a good moisturiser if they need it. (Advice says not to use nut based oils due to possible allergy probs)

I only used baby lotion after DD had an op - it was recommended I should rub it into her scar. I did and it has almost disappeared - unlike the one where she bashed her head on the edge of a paving stone!
I used baby oil for cradle cap when she didn't have any hair - worked a treat.
