Hello!!

For the past 2 weeks I've been suffering with nausea every day, and it's getting quite bad.

I'm taking the pregnacare vitamins once a day.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions that can help with nausea???

Go and see a doctor, they can prescribe something that's perfectly safe to take

Someone will be along soon to suggest ginger biscuits; in my experience they just led to ginger puke!

I found eating little and often helps and eating first thing. I also found taking separate folic acid and vitamin d (rather than Pregnacare) helped.

Hope you feel better soon!

@soundsystem thank you!! I'm seeing my midwife for the first time tomorrow so will ask her about it.

But will definitely try the eating and separate vitamins suggestion! Thank you

Pregnacare made my sickness worse. I resorted to just folic acid and now even at 20 weeks Pregnacare still makes me feel sick. I’m now just taking vitamin d.

Pregnare Max really helped. I think it’s the Omega 3 or that 50% of the folic acid is in folate form - whatever it is, it worked. Another thing is to ensure you get tested for iron deficiency - anemia causes nausea
