Sharp twinge pains in vagina

Hi there I'm 10 weeks gone and I've randomly had a few of these today whilst at work. I have a very active job so could be over doing it.
Has anyone else had these sort of sharp twinges that feel like they coming from inside bits?
I phoned midwife but she didn't confirm they were normal pregnancy pains but said if I have bleeding also then I can phone the epu.
So didn't really put my mind at rest tbh!

Yep fanny daggers! Make you hop up and down like you’ve shat yourself as they take you by surprise. I’ve had javelin arse this week that’s the same sensation, like someone’s shoving a skewer up ya bum .... and not gently 😄🤣

Yep, good old fanny daggers. Very common, nothing to worry about.

I also got similar electric shock pains at about 15 weeks higher up in my belly. They literally jolted me awake at night!

I had these last week and was worried sick. Midwife said it's really common due to hormones and the uterus stretching. The scan was fine. It's hard not to worry because the pain makes you jump doesn't it ! Not pleasant. In fact as I am typing this I have them coming and going! Shock

I started having this just last week at 21 weeks. So weird and uncomfortable !!!

I get them not pregnant sometimes. It’s just a random pain, most usually connected to stretching.
I think like a lot of nerve pain, where you feel it is not necessarily where it is happening-you just feel it there IYSWIM
