I am having a longer cycle than usual after having unprotected sex 4 times but my usual cycles are extremely short. I feel so sick, tired and am peeing more often than usual. Something is definitely different to normal but I have no idea if I could be pregnant or if it's my cycles sorting themselves out. I can't stop thinking about it and I don't know if I'm over reacting and being silly.... but i probably am... It's so hard to even know when I am able to do a pregnacy test and get a accurate result.
I can't talk to anyone about this and I feel so alone and confused...
Any guidance would be great

If you have missed your period you can take a test at anytime, best time would be first thing in the morning when you go to the loo for the first time. Good luck OP. I hope you get the result that you want. X

Thank you. I'm just not sure if it counts as late as I'm on the 22nd day of my cycle... but most of my cycles are around 13 days so extremely short...

Sounds to me like you probably don't ovulate on those 13 day cycles and you may have ovulated this cycle, which causes changes in hormone levels and this, the symptoms you're experiencing. Early pregnancy symptoms are pms symptoms. So it's possible you're just not really used to pms. Or of course, you could be pregnant.

Take a test. If the symptoms are from pregnancy, it'll be positive. Continue to take a test once a week (or more frequently). Tests are the only thing that will tell you if you're pregnant or not.

I agree with PP. 13 days is a very short cycle. I would test with first morning urine and then retest in a week if you still don't have a period, if still nothing after that I would make an app with GP to see what's going on x

Oh okay. I was thinking something similar but if this is what pms is like I'm not gonna have a great time with normal cycles, I feel so sick to the point I don't wanna eat and the thought of eating is horrible...
