7 weeks and no symptoms

Hi All!!
Just wondering if i’m in a minority here, i’m 7 weeks (due December) and I have had literally no symptoms, other than being tired (but work has been super busy so being tired is not unusual). Has anyone else had this?
I’m now wondering if it’s all in my head and I imagined those BFP’s lol 🙈!
Does this mean morning sickness will hit me like a train later down the line or could it be a sign something is wrong?
I have my first appt with the midwife next week.
Thanks 😊

I was JUST thinking about posting the same thing. Im a little behind u at 5+2 but aside from boobs feeling like rocks(im so ready to cut them off btw) i dont feel sick or anything either. Im wiped out tired but i work shifts and ive ended up on a 7day working week with 2.5 days off so just figuring its that. But in the same boat over here x

Lolly2019 · 03/05/2019 10:02

I’m kind of in the same situation. I’m currently 7 weeks. From 4 weeks when I found out I was pregnant I had bad nausea until last week ive had nothing since. I have an early scan booked for today and I’m a nervous wreck. My last pregnancy scan I was told there was no heartbeat at 12 weeks. I’m just finding it really hard to be happy or excited about being pregnant even tho it was planned because of my last pregnancy x

I'm 20 weeks with no noticeable symptoms just that my boobs have now grown and are sensitive

TTc2019BabyNo1 · 03/05/2019 10:35

@Sleepycat91
Wow! 7 day week, no wonder you are tired!! It’s really odd, isn’t it. Most people have sickness early on and I have nothing, wouldn’t have a clue I was pregnant, wondering if i should be worrying!
I hope you get some sleep after your long week!!

@Lolly2019 i’m so sorry for your previous experience 😞 that must have been really hard. Good luck for your scan today, let us know how it goes!!

@EnjoyItAll
Thank you! That gives me a bit of hope!! I’ll mention it to the midwife next week, just in case I should be worried!

I’m 20 weeks this weekend & my main symptom throughout has been fatigue with a few random ones chucked in! I didn’t suffer from morning sickness at all, just heaved a few times if I didn’t like the smell of something 😂 your a lucky one, try and relax! I’ve been told by numerous people ‘oh your one of the lucky ones you make me sick I had bad morning sickness throughout’ bla bla bla but my answer is yeah okay fair enough but it worries women when they don’t get many symptoms so either way it’s a bit of a sh*tter. I do get it! Good luck 😘 xx

MermaidMother · 03/05/2019 11:08

I've had two children in the last few years. I had no symptoms with either apart from the occasional aversion to the smell of certain foods. No morning sickness or anything and with the first I worried like you! I LOVED being pregnant and am grateful for such lovely pregnancies (birth is a different matter though!). Congratulations and enjoy x

sugarbum · 03/05/2019 11:13

TOTALLY normal. Not everyone has symptoms. I didn't know I was pg wth DS2 until it dawned on me I hadn't had a period for over two months LOL)

Fuscialuscia · 03/05/2019 17:35

Hia! I’m 8+4 and also have pretty much no symptoms. I was really tired at first but seem to be fine now. My boobs have grown but only very slightly (they were tiny anyway!), and I haven’t had a single bout of nausea. Like others on here I’ve had some aversions to foods but again nothing major. I’ve taken so many tests because it’s almost hard to believe I’m pregnant. I’ve read a lot on here about people really suffering with morning sickness and I just count myself very lucky. Try not to worry about it and just enjoy it before it all becomes a lot more real!

student26 · 03/05/2019 17:37

The first symptom I had was after 12 weeks and that was a bit of sickness. Also tirednessx

Thecaravan · 03/05/2019 17:47

32 weeks with DC2 and had no symptoms with either pregnancy. Its totally normal but I do understand that it can make you feel more anxious! It does not mean there's anything wrong so try not to worry Flowers

queenb83 · 04/05/2019 07:54

I've had absolutely no symptoms at all with this pregnancy (3rd) even booked an early reassurance scan at 7 weeks plus 5 to make sure there was something actually there !
There was ! Saw the heart beat and all growing well . Xxx

Shelbybear · 04/05/2019 08:17

I'm 8+2 and have zero symptoms. I was the same in my last pregnancy. I haven't had sore boobs at all this time, I did for a few days last time I was pregnant. I just feel tiered but then I have a 2yr old, I'm always tiered lol.

I just have a feeling when I get my scan there won't be anything there. I didn't feel like that last time. I don't know just more anxious this time round.

LizzieZara · 04/05/2019 08:24

Other than sore boobs with my last pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms until I got to 16 weeks then BAM I had 14 weeks of sickness and feeling awful all day every day. I'm 5 weeks now and other than being more tired than normal I'm ok, boobs are on and off sore with each day that passes. I'm wanting that sickness to hit me soon x

Valkarie · 04/05/2019 08:29

I actually wrote the same post as you with ds2 as I was sick from 5 weeks with ds1, so it wasn't how I expected pregnancy to go. Then a few days later the sickness hit with force and stuck around until the day he was born.

But I have also had friends with little or no sickness, so it doesn't always happen.

Maddis136 · 04/05/2019 13:27

I haven’t had symptoms besides tiredness with either of my pregnancies. I do have a strong stomach though and I’m rarely nauseous or sick even when I have a virus/hangover. Some people just don’t get sickness from the hormone increase. Only symptom I get is massive boobs by about 16 weeks and extremely tired by about week 20. Good luck with your pregnancy.

TTc2019BabyNo1 · 04/05/2019 14:35

Thanks everyone for their messages! I feel much better having asked. It’s great to get input ladies on here who have been through the same! It really helps knowing i’m not alone!
I still don’t ‘feel’ pregnant so looking forward to my first scan in June 😊!

No symptoms shouldn't be something you should worry about. my midwife wasn't phased at all. my little boy wouldn't stop moving at both scans and I have only just recently been feeling movement too. I hope your first scan goes ok but don't be surprised if you get no symptoms after that as I still don't feel any different from before just heavier haha

Nicecupofcoco · 06/05/2019 08:25

Hi op, I didn't have symptoms either, and like you thought did I really see the second line on the test!
It's hard because you dont always feel symptoms early on and you don't look pregnant early on, so it does make you wonder if all is ok! Just wait until your feeling those little kicks though, will feel very real then!
Hope you continue to feel as well as you do.
My morning sickness started about the time of my first scan and lasted up until birth, but much less frequently at the later stages. It was tiredness I struggled with more early on!
Good luck, very exciting for you!
