Hi ladies, 2 days ago at 35+5 I went into hospital for period like pains and reduced fetal movement, hooked me up to the monitor and baby was fine and it turns out I had a UTI which I am now on antibiotics for. Then the doctor did a scan and kept measuring my bump and double checking ect (my bump is quite small) she then said could I come back next week for another scan as she can only see one pocket of fluid and it is 2.8cm. Then yesterday morning they ring me early and ask me to come in at midday today for a scan (i will be 36 weeks exactly today) I've been reading that due to low fluid they sometimes induce, anyone experienced this before? I just find it strange how they said they would arrange a scan for next week and then call and ask me to come in much quicker! A bit anxious that i wont be coming out of the hospital when I go in today. Shock
