How much water do you drink?

32wks tomorrow, this last week or two I’ve woken up every hour for a pee or desperate for a drink/worst dry mouth ever. I have drank shit loads of wine before (not pregnant) and fallen asleep and still not woken up with as much of a dry mouth as I have recently.

I easily drink at least 2.5-3 litres during the whole day, don’t stop in the evening as would rather get up to pee than be thirsty.

I’ve tried nasal strips as felt congested and thought I might be sleeping with my mouth open, it helped a bit but not lots.

GD results were fine a few weeks ago.

I'm 31 weeks and I'm the same. It's a never ending circle. Always thirsty, always need to pee

I drink between 3-6 litres a day. But always drank alot. Mention to midwife as can be symptom of diabetes that you get when pregnant. Just to rule it out

Sorry didn't read post properly

Thanks, I’ll try drinking more in the day. I did have a couple of rehydration sachets the other day just in case but didn’t make much difference so looks like I just need more water. Yay more toilet breaks Grin

I easily drink around 4 litres! I figure if I'm thirsty, then my body and babies (twins) need it! And I don't have gestational diabetes

I am also always thirsty and really thought I'd get a positive for GD. One thing I find is that water doesn't quench my thirst, I always want something fizzy or sweet, and really cold. I think this is a hangover from, well, hangovers! So I do wonder whether sometimes I think I'm thirsty when really I'm craving sugar. If you've been tested for GD and all fine, drink away!

I’ve definitely craved sugar! Never used to drink fizzy drinks but have been since pregnant.

I’ll definitely start drinking more, I’m going to be peeing like mad (as if I’m not already 😂) x

I was the same OP the last few weeks I was getting up every half an hour if I was still awake!

I don't know how much specifically I drank but I was thirsty all the time too.
