Hi I’m in my 2nd trimester and wondered is there any specific vitamins I should take or is the Pregnacare still ok?

Didn't think you needed to after 1st trimester. But then, I never took vitamins at all in this pregnancy or my last one. Maybe I'm not reading the right things...

Folic acid up until 12 weeks and vitamin d for the rest. Pregnacare would be ok to keep taking but not necessary if you were taking vitamin d by itself

I was told to take pregnancy vitamins through out my pregnancy. But I have a issue that means I dont absorb vitamins properly

Cosmogirl86 · 02/05/2019 19:08

You just need vitamin D at this stage which is in pregnacare so you are fine!

Pregnacare Max. I was told it can help with breastfeeding

Hi. Pregnacare (both caps and liquid) make me sick so I'm taking Together Pregnancy vitamins. I think they're great. x
