Best shoes for on feet all day?

Anyone have an opinion on which shoes are the best when you're on your feet all day?
In twenty weeks and a server, so on my feet forty hours a week and I'm dying..
Everyday i get home and my feet are so swollen and painful, and it hurts to walk.
Are crocs worth it?

I have a pair of Sketchers go walk 3 and they are incredible. They have loads of different versions and colours - definitely worth it (think I paid about £40). 36 weeks and I have them on all the time.

Another vote for skechers. I have two pairs now because I love the so much

I wear crocs at work (operating theatres) and I still get sore feet by the end of a long day, plus they're sweaty as hell!

I went to Rome at 26 weeks pregnant. Had to ditch the converse and bought some sketchers. Best money I ever spent!

Skechers go walk. So ugly, but I tried them on after reading about them here and instantly bought them, and have hardly taken them off. The leg joint pain I always had is almost completely gone now.

I will definitely have to go find some!
