Has anyone got travel insurance for travel after 28 weeks?

I'll be 33 weeks on the return flight which seems to exclude me from most of the standard insurance policies. I have the E111 equivalent sorted, but want to get more comprehensive insurance sorted too. Has anyone succeeded in doing this, and if so who was it with?

Thanks

Make sure your airline know some will prevent you flying without doctors note after 32 weeks !
