I had similar age children when my morning sickness kicked in. It is hard and feels like it will never pass, but hang in there. Bit of a random one, but I found smelling lemons helped!! A pretty continuous snacking regime also helped. Cheese sandwich at 10.30am anyone? Sucking boiled sweets, crunching apples, fresh air also helped a bit. To be honest though for a few weeks I was mostly on the sofa. DC watched more TV than I'd like, but I didn't feel guilty. I felt dreadful and just needed to survive each day. Sickness passed by about 11 weeks.

I'm the same.... Have barely left the bed in 3 days.... I've found sugar helps, also sucking on mints & crackers with cheese on them

Thankyou for the suggestions. Im going to get some sweets/mints to suck on today.. i no it helps if you eat but so hard to force something down or even find something that doesn't make me gag😣.. thats what im trying to do just survive each day, im so happy when the kids are in bed for the night and its another day over..

I feel for you so much, I had exactly the same age gap and by far the worse morning sickness with dc3. I think tiredness really made it worse, try and sit down and/or sleep whenever you possibly can. Just dose with the dc in front of CBeebies if you can! I ended up in bed for two weeks & had to get dh to take time off work. But I do wonder if I hadn’t pushed myself to keep going with the kids if it would have got that bad.
My other tip is try and eat something high in carbs as often as you probably can. MS is weird cos it’s actually worse if you have an empty stomach so try not to get to that stage. I tried whenever I could to have carbs but not sugar as the sugar rush doesn’t last. I sometimes felt like crisps which were good as they do fill you up a little bit. Basically, food high in salt! I couldn’t face water but apple juice was more manageable. You’ll get through it!
