I find it extremely aggravating for the past month I can't sleep at night anymore till 3/4 in the morning while my husband is passed out it leaves me jealous cause I can't fall asleep at a reasonable hour, I'm 25 weeks pregnant, I'm constantly going pee through out my night, my baby is kicking in twisting an keeping me up as well, does anyone have any tips on getting sleep while pregnant , not to mention I'm super uncomfortable with any position I try to sleep..... help!

It’s shit isn’t. Things that helped me in the past are sleeping in separate beds, hypnobirthing/guided relaxation when you wake up, pregnancy pillow, a lightweight duvet or just a sheet, window open, or getting up for a drink/snack.

I don't have the option for a separate bed at the moment, drinking will keep me up an I'll be peeing more I stop drinking by 11 pm usually, I sleep with a pillow but I find my self simply just not tired ? And I can't open the windows cause there's no screens lol long story short the house we live in right now is getting completely renovated it's my husbands sisters house , till we move in to our house in two weeks , by then maybe I'll have the option to try the couch if sleeping alone helps

We don’t have a useable spare bed at the moment either. I’m in desperate need of one. 11 would be way to late for me to go to bed but then I run the right of toddler getting up early or waking me up.

Snap. I've been awake since 4ish listening to DH snore away.

Between waking up to pee, heartburn, sore hip, being uncomfortable and DH snoring I can't remember what a full night sleep is lol

I'm 31 weeks so unfortunately it doesn't get much better.

I’m also 25weeks and also waking about 3/4 each morning! Desperately tried keeping my eyes shut today and getting back to sleep but no such luck! Problem is I will be exhausted at work 🤦🏼‍♀️ And snapping at my other kids when they wake up soon, all because I need more sleep but can’t 😞
The list of reasons for insomnia seem to get longer each day, hip pain, back pain, cramp in my sides, cramp in my legs, thirsty, need to pee, being generally uncomfortable, husband snoring 🤣 and sometimes just generally can’t sleep! I dozed off yesterday between 6.55am and when my alarm went off at 7.15 so I obviously still need to sleep grrrrrrr

@lexyness aucchh the thirsty vs need to pee is a vicious circle.

I always wake up during night bursting for a pee and incredibly thirsty. It's a lose lose situation lol

sav93 · 04/05/2019 10:11

I pee constantly through the night
