Can anyone recommend soft comfortable maternity leggings?

I have literally burst out of a pair of my usual leggings today, I bent over and they ripped! I think it's a sign to get maternity size.

Can anyone recommend leggings that are soft and not restrictive?

Seraphine. They are sooo comfy and wear well.

Topshop - amazing!!

Cosmogirl86 · 01/05/2019 20:50

I've heard really good things about seraphine but £30 for one pair of leggings is definitely outside the budget!

I have mothercare ones I really like, they come right up to under the boobs which I love !

Shmithecat2 · 01/05/2019 21:06

Peacocks!

Teddybear45 · 01/05/2019 21:07

New look or topshop are really soft

Blessedwithboys · 01/05/2019 21:07

I brought two pairs from George and they're so comfy

Chickpearocker · 01/05/2019 21:07

I got a good pair from dorothy perkins although I have to fold the cuffs over but I am only 5ft 2.

Lidl believe it or not! I practically lived in them through my last pregnancy and they stood up to the task pretty well. Worth remembering next time they have a maternity event.
Mothercare ones are also pretty good.

ArisaMiura3 · 01/05/2019 21:20

Esmara at Lidl. The non-sporty ones (soft thin fabric, not the gym type)- they have them in navy or black. I've been living in them for monthsSmile also cheap.

Triskaidekaphilia · 01/05/2019 21:27

I love my lidl ones too! My mum bought me a pair last time they had them in and I've begged her to look for more now they're doing them again as I don't have a lidl nearby and they're the only ones that fit me perfectly. I have the sports ones too in the same size but I tried them today and they are far too tight!

ASOS over the bump ones! The double pack are great.

ArisaMiura3 · 01/05/2019 21:34

Yes, Triskaidekaphilia. I bought a pair first and then sent DH to get 2 more and he came back with the sport versions- almost cut my blood flow! Exchanged for 2 more of the good ones and although I've gained a lot of weight since then, still heaven wearing them.

Amelia910 · 01/05/2019 21:34

Asos ones are the best I have had. They do premium ones which are mega soft but the slightly cheaper 2 pack over bump ones are super comfy too!

GAP

Matalan over the bump maternity leggings! Super comfy and not thin and cheap.

Cosmogirl86 · 01/05/2019 22:27

Thank you so much for the recommendations ladies! I'll have to go shopping tomorrow

Seraphine bamboo are well worth it. I bought 2 pairs for £60 and have worn them on rotation 3-4 times a week. They wash well, you can tumble dry, they don’t go see through, and have stayed a perfect black. Cost per wear so far, under £2 a week for them both! Definitely invest

Heyha · 02/05/2019 00:22

Matalan are ok, the M&S ones are my favourite though.
I got some from The Essential One as their baby clothes feel gorgeous but the elastic twiddled round in the wash (you know when it folds over itself) and they are a bit shiny so I wouldn't have them again.

RavenLG · 02/05/2019 00:31

I accidentally bought ASOS maternity leggings a few years ago (wasn’t pregnant) but kept them anyway as they were dead comfy Grin

PBobs · 02/05/2019 05:48

H&M overbump. Love them.

Ellie9576 · 02/05/2019 06:31

Another vote for the ASOS over the bump leggings, although they can go a little bit see through if your bump is especially big!
I'd avoid the boohoo leggings like the plague, they are the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn

Angelinthenightx · 02/05/2019 07:32

Another for topshop or even buy there normal ones and size up to go over your bump thats what i do, they last and wash well.

Andrea91 · 02/05/2019 08:41

I got mine online at yours clothing. But iam plus size but they are soooooo comfy
