Am i still be pregnant?

I have been trying for baby for long time and i have PCO with irregular period. This month i got a faint line in pregnancy test but when i took the HCG test on the same date, the HCG count is as 3.17.

Am i still be pregnant? I am so worried. Please help.

I'm not sure what you mean about a hcg test? Was it a blood test? I think under 5 is a negative result.

I don't think so. What did the doctor say about the blood test result? You need hcg to rise so as a one off it doesn't mean a great deal, especially as its very low.

Doctor asked me to take another blood test today? Need to wait 3 more days to know the result.

I took the urine pregnancy test on 29/04 and on the same day blood test was done. I got the result of the blood test today 01/04.

Hopefully the blood test will show that the hcg has doubled to confirm pregnancy. You could test again with a first response, that might give you some reassurance. Fingers crossed

Just an update from my end. may be helpful for someone out just like me

I took the HCG blood test again after 72 hours of the 1st test but it is as 3.06 (no pregnancy). I took a transvaginal ultra sound it looks like i had a delayed ovulation and my emt is 13mm. Doctor said it doesn't look like pregnant and asked to wait for period naturally.

Day 43 no period yet and no symptoms on pregnancy.

I still have some hope. Lets see.
