Sore breasts

I'm having trouble with how sore and tender my breasts are, is there anything I can do to relieve this..

Well fitted non wire bra and wear a bra at night (I wear sports bra as better support). It does ease off a bit but haven’t found anything else that helped me.

I found wearing a sports bra at night helped and I did try massaging them I read about it somewhere and was ready to try anything. It helped a little and they seem to be getting better with time so hopefully you will find some relief too
