Hi all! I got my BFP last week and pregnancy confirmed by gp today. It's still very early days at six weeks and as it's my first pregnancy, it's all new to me! So obviously I'm worrying about every little thing... For the last week or so I've had an uncomfortable bloated feeling in my lower tummy, period cramps and a sharp painful twinge every now and again on either side of my belly... Is this pain normal for six weeks, or do I need to book to see my gp again? Confused Any help is much appreciated xx

Yes all normal!

All can be normal but do mention it anyway. The GP may want to make sure it’s not anything else causing it. Sometimes utis can cause cramping too.

Thank you for your replies, I'll see if I can get an appointment
