Hello ladies, I’m 8 weeks pregnant, this is my second and I don’t remember feeling this exhausted and awful. I’m struggling to even get out of bed at the mo. Any advice would be wonderful ♥️

For me eating salty and sour food with lots of dilute squash helped. Plain water seemed to just make it worse.

I'm near 10 weeks on my second and I don't remember it feeling as bad as this. I got no energy after 3pm. I used to run and now I can't even do that

Have you had your iron levels checked?

Hey!
Yes, this is happening with me too, I’m 9 weeks +4 & blood pressure is extremely low (I have low blood pressure normally). So standing up slowly, not crossing my legs, moving as much as possible & eating salty foods might help your light headedness?

Absolutely know what you mean about feeling tired too, the moment I step in from work at 7:30 I eat and then I’m also on the sofa feeling like absolute death by 8pm.
My guess is it’s just the hormones and this will all level out in a few weeks?

Are you eating well? Obviously morning sickness & nausea makes it hard, but maybe try focusing on improving food to help with energy?

Hope you feel better :)
