Just missed antenatal appointment

due to work (barrister and when I can't leave I really can't leave) and can't get through to the clinic on the phone. Getting there as quickly as I can but definitely missed it.

Was supposed to be getting date for my ELCS. Any ideas? Anything I can do? I'm bloody terrified of the midwives anyway. Fuck!

Be gushingly apologetic and friendly, have you got your wig on?

If you call triage or turn up to triage they can give you the date. That’s what happens at mine anyway

I was turned up a day late by mistake. She managed to squeeze me in between appointments. Call and explain?

Thanks, guys - they've very kindly agreed to scan me tomorrow instead though may not be able to book my ELCS. In extremis I will talk to antenatal assessment centre - due to certain issues I see them about once every three weeks anyway at the moment so could combine visits.
