So 3 weeks ago I found out I was pregnant and both myself and my partner are so excited! 4 days ago I woke up and went to the bathroom to find bright red but watery blood on the tissue, I went to urgent care who found no infections/problems and did an internal scan to which they saw the sac and the baby, all was okay and the nurse told me not to expect bleeding to stop straight away, so this all eased my mind. The rest of that day and the next day the blood was thicker but not heavier so I put this down to the scan and hoped all would ease up. Now yesterday I woke up to heavy blood and was going through 1 pad an hour and I passed one clot probably about palm size in length but not width, large enough to make a splash noise going into the water (TMI I know, but want to get the weight and size across) and then bleeding for an hour or so, for the rest of yesterday I bled through a pad every 2 1/2 hours and woke up in the middle of the night with awful abdominal pain which lasted about an hour and it is now this morning the bleeding is lightening up.
Have I miscarried??
