How accurate are digital tests

Hi,
I did a clear blue digital that said I was 1-2 weeks pregnant but from working out the dates I am four weeks pregnant. How accurate are these tests/ should I be worried?

They tell you how long since conception, so 1-2 on them would mean about four weeks
