Getting that horrible acid taste in my mouth more and more at the moment. What are we allowed that would settle it down that’s not liquid please

I've only ever taken the liquid gaviscon before but I think you can get them in tablet form. Could try this, I'm pretty sure it will just be the same but just check with the pharmacist that it is safe to take during pregnancy.

Gaviscon, but if it gets too bad see the gp as they can prescribe tablets to stop it. There is no need to suffer.

Tablet gaviscon is what I take. They work really well for me. If it gets worse can get Omeprazole from the GP.

I prefer Gaviscon double action tablets. They have a seaweed (alginate?) thing going on which is supposed to keep everything settled, and they are good at not leaving a weird aftertaste.

I tend to let them dissolve slowly, for maximum benefit!
