My partner only has sex with me when I say something about it he never just wants sex and it makes me feel unwanted. Most nights I won’t even go to bed I sleep on the sofa because what’s the point in going to bed with someone when your not loved or wanted. Tbh i would rather stay downstairs with the cat. We’ve been together a few years kids and I know things get in the way but is it really worth it anymore anyone got any nice advice 😊

@Chelsl93twd are you pregnant? DH and I haven't DTD in around 3 weeks now but I am pregnant and I think it freaks him out a bit xx

Well, you only have three options, OP.

  1. Spend the rest of your life celibate and miserable
  2. Take a discreet lover and stay married
  3. LTB and find someone more up for it.

"Take a discreet lover" 😂😂🏆 brilliant.

Has he always been this way? My friend gets upset about this from her partner, it's clear to all of us he loves her but he's not the affectionate with a high sex drive sort. I guess you have to decide if thats OK for you? Or if you need someone more compatible on terms of your needs. X

Are you pregnant, OP? If so, are you saying that both you and your unborn child are unwanted?

shiveringtimber · 29/04/2019 10:51

Maybe you should have a good think about who should be sleeping on the sofa! Besides the cat, of course.

Maybe ask him . My partner says it's me who don't want sex ever. I say I do but he doesn't make the first move. Which I always have to do . Maybe miss communication
