Books leaking milk at 21 weeks

So this happened today. My partner noticed as I was having my weekly bra free day and I leaked through my t shirt and a hoodie. Just a bit to cause a wet patch, but still... I didn't think this would happen for a few months.

Can I just pop some cotton wool pads in my bra to prevent leaking at work? Is this going to continue for the next 19 weeks? Or just sporadically?

It is quite normal and is colostrum. You could use breast pads

It might increase the further on into pregnancy you get - probably a good idea to buy a few packs of disposable breast pads from the supermarket and keep a few in your handbag!

Mine leaked before I found out I was pg with dd1. Didn’t have it with my oh with dd2, it felt weird not leaking that time.
