6 weeks pregnant and the sickness has well and truly kicked in. Had the same with DD I coped by staying in bed doing nothing all day. Obviously can't do that this time with DD to look after. Planning to ring doctors tomorrow for some anti sickness tablets. Just wondered if anyone has any tips/suggestions. Did have them wrist bands but they have done nothing.

I used to have a lot of smoothies, bananas really helped me too. I tried the sickness bands & they were ok for a month or so but not a huge difference. Make sure your drinking a lot of water & try to eat plain foods. I used to make something the night before & put it by the bed so I could eat something before I get up x

Can’t really suggest any tips but you have my sympathy.

I’m currently 14 weeks and still nauseous. I was sick 5:30pm today so nothing morning about it. It has eased though and I’m managing to do a bit more.
