Trapped wind or worse?

I'm 30 weeks today.

-Felt Nauseous when eating breakfast.
-Went back to bed for a lie down and began to have trapped wind like pain in right side of lower bump. Pain was constant and didn't fade after passing wind.

  • I then had the urgent need to move my bowels. ( which was loose compared to usual) (sorry for tmi )
  • pain began to come on and off and worsened when I sat down.
  • I have spent 20 mins laying down on my left side and pain has gone. Except when I move I do have some faint pain in the same right hand side.
  • No blood/mucus or strange discharge
  • baby is moving as normal
Should I be worried or is this just trapped wind?

Also, The pain did appear to come and go around the bump and back area when it was at it's worst

Call your midwife. All is probably fine but just call anyway.
