Trying to decide what I want as struggle with anxiety and wonder if a birth centre may be better. I've read that a birth centre is much less likely to use forceps, ventouse and episiotomy. I really dont want these! I am alsp struggling to understand why this is the case. Are delivery suites really more pushy and just want it out? Or do birth centres not do their job with the interventions?

I really want to be as calm as possible!

Get the digital pack from The Positive Birthing Company - it may help with your anxiety a lot. It’s the best investment I made during pregnancy. Helped me heaps! Had an amazing birth experience & I do believe that had a huge role in it Grin
