Did anyone else experience this in early pregnancy?

I’m around 4 weeks pregnant and I’ve been experiencing a bearing down feeling in my virgin and ache in my groin area. I went to my GP today as thought I may have a UTI but all was clear. I know aches and pains are normal in early pregnancy but this really feels like something else. Is this normal?

Not personally, but if you think it might be a UTI it still might be. I’ve had numerous raging UTIs where the sample looked like pink grapefruit juice due to blood and they still reckoned there was no infection.
