They aren't coming and going like contractions or Braxton Hicks. I have quite severe menstrual like cramps continuously for the last two hours. I feel like I'm desperate for a wee and a poo but when I try nothing comes out. The back of my legs ache too like when I'm on my period. I've drank 4 glasses of water and have been lying down as midwife advised. Not going away. Anyone had similar?
