Snuzpod

Hi ladies,
Due in July and really want a snuzpod.
Does anyone know if there are any deals on anywhere on them? Also the bedding seems pretty expensive does anyone know if there's alternative sheets that would fit? Thanks in Advance.

I had the snuzpod 2 and got sheets from Asda. I just looked up the sheet sizes on their website and bought the nearest size (going bigger rather than smaller as they didn't have the exact size) - I think the crib size fitted.

I got my snuzpod from facebook marketplace for half the price and it was immaculate and the family i got it from was lovely. Look on ebay, facebook or gumtree if you don't mind used one as some of the stuff you can get almost brand new for not a lot of money.

I too got mine on Facebook for £50 it had been used for barely 6 mths and in excellent condition all I had to get was bedding and mattress. Definitely worth looking second hand if you don’t mind

I also got mine from FB market place, it had hardly been used and got it for £50!

I gave it a quick wipe down and just bought a new Mattress and sheets and it looks brand new!

I think you need to look second hand as it’s one of those products that’s never on sale. We had to wait ages and get one of the last few in the country sent from a shop in Yorkshire when we bought ours!
We used John Lewis sheets, they make the right size

Standard Crib Sheets fit the SnuzPod x

Yes we used standard crib sheets too and they fit fine.

Just an update, the bounty app has a code and the snuzpod 3 is now down to £169!

I got my snuzpod2 for £60 on gumtree, w/ sheets still in the packaging and mattress (but going to buy a new one ).
I don't think there's much difference in the 2 to the 3, or is there?
Keep your eye out on gumtree/ebay/Facebook etc there's not much point buying brand new imo

Just seen an offer on the Bounty app for Snuzpod 3 for £169!

I got mine on Amazon, it was 10% off when you spend £200 from your baby wishlist so cost £180, but some of the colours are £180 on there now anyway.
I have a question for those who already have one that I hope isn't hijacking- my bed is the max height of 63cm, am I right in thinking the max mattress height of the snuzpod is 58cm so I can use it safely but the baby's mattress won't be lined up with ours? I might get something to raise it up as I want it as level as possible.
