Hi :-) I've had two mcs last year (one at 12 weeks and one at around 6/7). I am now 31 weeks pregnant.

With all of my pregnancies I had symptoms then loss of symptoms then they came back. Actually the pregnancy I lost at 12 weeks had the most symptoms if I remember rightly. I'd panic as soon as the symptoms went and then when I was hit by a wave of nausea a week later I'd feel relieved! 🙈

My point is that they vary so much you need to focus on the fact that if you have had no bleeding or pain then that is the biggest sign everything is okay.

I know it is very hard to talk yourself out of being anxious (believe me I still worry now if baby hasn't moved in an hour or so 🙄) but try and relax and focus on day by day :-) set yourself challenges to think of. So for example to get myself to 8 weeks when I had an early scan I started mentally ticking off the days and doing something when I hit each week milestone with no bleeding etc.

I hope everything is alright for you and that you get your healthy baby :-) xx

Yes I also had pains at first, almost like period cramps but I have never had particularly bad periods so they weren't severe if that makes sense xx
