Hi I'm 34 weeks and really suffering in the night. I am waking to get up for a wee around 5 times a night and two or three out of those I'm finding myself drenched with sweat. I actually panicked last night because there was so much down the back of my legs I thought it was my waters, but then I realised it was running down my chest too. Blush

I have tried less clothing, but if anything it feels worse because its running like a river rather than damp clothes. The window is open, and we have good quality cotton sheets on.

I just wondered if anyone had any tips or even just experiencing the same so I dont feel like such a gross weirdo.

Also, is getting up this many times normal? I can remember having to get up two or three times when pregnant with dd, but my record is 7 in one night for this pregnancy. I'm exhausted!

I'm not far along but I suffered bad night sweats due to medication before pregnancy. I put socks in freezer put them on before bed and didn't stop sweating but reduced it alot. Kept pair in fridge incase I wake and could swap.

It may work for you, hope it does
