Kettlebells when pregnant

I’m a fairly active person now 15 weeks pregnant. I’ve been working out with kettlebells at home for a few years now so very used to them. Conflicting advice online about whether to continue so just wondered what your thoughts are? I won’t lie on my back or do crunches. Would just love to keep it going while the energy is still there!

I'd be a bit cautious of hormonal changes...my hips/back/pelvis were much looser than they were pre-pregnancy and I found I couldn't comfortable kettle bell.

I did kettlebell classes up to 26 weeks and the instructor was very good and proactive giving me alternative exercises to do when the rest of the class were doing core exercises but I did get some pelvic pain from lunges so then stopped. If you drop your weights and take it handy but Your GP/ MW might be able to advise better?

I used kettle bells at my boot camp classes up till about 30 weeks. I just listened to my body and adapted any that didn’t feel right.

I used kettle bells until 14 weeks and then stopped. Listen to your body and don't over work (muscle fatigue and cramps won't make pregnancy more comfortable!)
