What's the chance I don't have gestational diabetes?

So, I don't have any of the risk factors for gestational diabetes and don't have any symptoms but at my 31 week GP appointment this morning there was a "small amount" of glucose in my urine sample. The GP has booked me in for a fasting blood test - not the GTT where you drink the sugary drink, just a blood test early one morning where I've not eaten anything since the previous evening.

Can the sugar in my wee just be harmless, or a random result (it was my first wee of the day she tested, so I hadn't eaten anything sugary beforehand)? Or is the most likely outcome that there is a problem? I know no one can tell me for sure but has anyone had a small amount of sugar in their wee and not had GD?
