He's tiny.. 4lb exactly with gestation diabetes and Of. I was having pains all day yesterday and I called MAU at 7pm came in for monitoring they wasn't happy so done an internal and it came back positive for preterm labour so I got admitted. They continued monitoring and giving me tablets and steroids but still wasn't happy with his heart rate so rushed me straight to theater and done a c section turns out my placenta ruptured and if they had left it he would have died.
He's up in the baby unit at the moment doing really well so the doctors say. I haven't seen him or held him only seen pictures dying to see his little face 😩😩

Thank you to everyone that has ever took the time to reply to a post and try and put my mind at ease! Good luck to you all and I pray for a speedy and safe delivery for you all💗💙

Congratulations, I bet that was scary.

What gestation was he?

DD2 was born at 36+1 and weighed 5lb 13oz, whereas her sister was born at 37+3 and weighed a whopping 8lb 11oz!

I also had placenta problems, placenta pare is with both girls and an abrupt ion with DD2

Congratulations on your new baby. My December baby came in September. He is 10 now and healthy and well and the apple of my eye. Very special.

I hope all will be well for you. It's not easy.
