Had some of the above and went to EPU. Scan showed a very active baby at right size etc but I still have the cramps and spotting. Looking for reassurance from others who had this and also got no clear explanation for it other than possible cervical bleed / position of the placenta. NT scan is Thursday so just having to hold out till then for now.
