Hello,
I’m 9 weeks pregnant with 2nd baby. Been feeling so sick this time round, not actually been sick, but just nauseous and off food.
The past week the sickness doesn’t seem to be as bad, it’s mainly on an evening. But now, I just feel like I’ve been hit by a bus, absolutely exhausted. I struggle to do the most basic things , I’ve got no energy at all, to the point where if I could, I would spend all day and night in bed. I’ve never felt tiredness and exhaustion like it. I feel like a zombie and that I cannot cope.
Please can someone tell me that this feeling will subside? As feeling really low now.
Thank you

No advice. Just that I could have written your post. I’ve been throwing up for the last 5 weeks, but not for the last few days, however the constant nausea has been horrendous, myDM has looked after my DC as I can’t manage a full day. I went for an early scan and they said you could see the placenta developing which should ease the exhaustion etc soon...

Hi Maybeayemaybenaw, thank you for replying Smile
Aw sounds like you’ve had a rough time with it, I hope u start to feel better soon!!
How many weeks are you?
That’s interesting about the placenta, I didn’t know that. Fingers crossed the exhaustion passes then and you can start getting on with normal life again!
I’m the same, I have no patience/ energy. My BF being good and helping out on an evening sometimes. So that’s a real help. Just want to feel like I can get through the day again!

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I felt exactly the same.

When i got to 15/16 weeks I felt more like myself again and the sickness and exhaustion subsided. You'll get through it I promise!

I'm now in my third trimester and the tiredness has returned, but (for now, at least) it doesn't compare to how I bad felt at the beginning of the pregnancy!!

I felt like this for weeks during during first trimester, though I found out at an early scan that my babies are twins!

I think most women get first trimester fatigue, I remember going to bed at 2030!!
