Niggling UTI since conception

UTIs are the bane of my life
I get one every few years and I always end up in agony and peeing blood
This one is different tho. I’ve had it since around the time I conceived 3rd apr. Keeps coming and going, I even cancelled a doctors appt as I felt fine the next day. Then I felt it had come back , then it went away for a week and this morning I feel it is back!
Anyone else experienced this? I’m at the doctors soon anyway so I’ll mention it. It just not like my usual UTI experience

I get them really badly (been admitted to hospital a few times and have been to A&E even more with them - agonising, constant pain).

Is this the same severity as your usual ones? Asking as mine always go 'fullblown' within a few hours of first getting a warning twinge, but throughout my pregnancy so far I've been getting very mild UTI burning every now and again. All dip tests coming back clear though. Really odd!

I’ve never been hospitalised but last time I came close
Usually within a few days I’m in agony and passing a lot of blood
I’ve just been to the doctors to pick up some anti biotics
