New thread :) Hopefully this one brings us as much luck as the April Bus.

Hello, I clearly missed everyone's posts.

This is Molly Elizabeth. She was born on the 21st of December at 10am so is a week old. She weighed 7.7lbs and is doing fantastic. I had a pretty good delivery with just gas and air and only graises. We're now just settling into parent life.

How is everyone else?

@OlaEliza I’m doing okay - my due date is in 4 days but I’ve had no signs at all that baby is on his way so it’s looking like I’ll be overdue! I have a sweep booked in for the 3rd.
My due date for my first pregnancy was 6th November and it was such a weird feeling to know that if things had gone the way they should have I would have had my baby by now - it’s very difficult.

@OlaEliza hi sadly no luck for me yet since my 2 mc last year and now my DH has a very bad hernia in his groin so ttc and bd on hold until that fixed, it's been a bit of an emotional week for me as my due date would have been the on the 16th ( just a few days away) didn't realise how much that would affect me 😢but we are not going to give up hope still praying for our 🌈 👶

I came on, on Saturday. First proper period since the MC, which is weird as it's roughly 2 weeks past the due date. I'm taking the clomid but can't get in to have a scan, so just got to take our chances and see what happens.

Jonathan was born on 13th January at 17:33 weighing 8lb3 💙
I had a very quick (5 hour!) induced labour. No time for an epidural - even though I was begging for one! Unfortunately ended up with a second degree tear but am starting to recover now😊

@SquiggleyOne Congratulations 😁 lovely name too!

He’s named after mine and my husbands late grandfathers 😊

❤️ are they around to meet him?

Sorry, just seen they aren't. They will be looking down on him and be proud as punch no doubt

@OlaEliza well I'm 13dpo today not holding out much hope as not had much in the way of any signs that I'm going to get my bfp this month as not had many if any symptoms apart from feeling a tiny bit of nausea today and slight cramping the last couple of days but will wait and see if af turns up in two days time like she meant to( my cycles have gone from 28 days to 30 days since the mc's)

Hope all you ladies are doing ok??? Sending prayers and baby dust to everyone who still waiting for the bfp 🌈 👶 like me

@Katy34 No bfp for me this time. I think I ovulated later though, so giving it a couple more weeks. No AF for me yet either. If that hasn't arrived 2 weeks after it was supposed to I'm going to do another test and take provera, then the clomid 👍 good luck, keep updating wit your symptoms 🤞

@OlaEliza well looks like I'm out this cycle as started spotting today and still bfn, will wait and and see if spotting turns in full af and if not will test again, starting to feel like it's never going to happen 😢 and feeling quite down my DH already has four children that are all grown up and have children of there own, so don't really think he completely understands how this is making me feel, don't get me wrong he is very caring and supportive and I wouldn't change him for the world, just feel alone at times even though I know I'm not, starting to think about speaking with my gp to see what options we have, have been on a diet as doctor told me that my weight could have been an issue so have lost 3 stone so far but doctor told me I need to loose an other 3-4 stone to qualify for ivf on the nhs and with how low I'm feeling I'm finding it difficult to loose anymore which is adding to my frustration ( sorry for the rant 🙁🙄)

@OlaEliza how are things with you? Has af turned up or bfp?

No AF. I haven't tested again. I don't think there's any point.

I was told your bmi has to be 2
30 at most otherwise there's not much point in doing IVF.

@OlaEliza yeah bmi has to between 24-30 to reach a healthy bmi I need to loose roughly 3.5-4.5 stone and I'm determined to get there 😊

@OlaEliza I would find it difficult not to test again, although if af doesn't arrive properly in the next couple of days then I might test again as not had any other spotting since tea time today but will see what happens over next couple of days
